What to expect

This is a small independent project, not a company with a support rota. Replies usually take a day or two. There is no phone line and no live chat, and anything claiming to be either is not us.

Things worth writing about

• A signal Rapater read wrong, with the message pasted in. That is the most useful thing anyone sends — it is what improves the parser.
• A number on a card you think is incorrect.
• Deleting your data. See Privacy; ask and it is done.
• Security problems. Write before publishing and you will get a reply.

What we will never send you

We will never email or message you asking for a password, an exchange API key, a seed phrase, or a payment. Rapater has no password to ask for. Signing in, when it exists, works by a one-time link to your own address and nothing else. Anyone asking you for those things while using this name is not us.
